Great wifi and helpful staff. Uncomfortable motel building far from the main hotel.

The unit we got was updated with separate queen beds in living, microwave, for example. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

Had a blast with friends here! We explored the fine nearby trails and even tried ice skating. The free breakfast was a great highlight, and the staff were very good too help. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Perfect place for a fun getaway!
One downside was the kitchen rules-some amenities were removed, a bummer. This is a change from what we had expected from previous stays.

Everything is great, I recommend the hotel. Staff and rooms are outstanding, I loved it. The staff are kind. The breakfast options are warm with a pancake making machine and pancake making. The location is peaceful, 2 km from The Beaver Boardwalk Park.

Functional room, very comfy bed, fairly friendly staff. Fairly clean bathroom and a bathtub with good sewerage...

The hotel exceeded expectations with its friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast was impressively hearty, although the dining area felt a bit cramped and could use better organization. The room was clean but had some issues with old carpeting that posed a tripping hazard.

The octopus millefeuille was a culinary treasure that left us wanting more! Plus, the staff were super friendly and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids! Can't beat a family-friendly spot like this.
The hot tub was on the smaller side, and the water in our room never got super cold. Minor quirks that didn't ruin our fun overall!

One staff member in particular stood out for her customer service. She was always there to help. The room had a hot tub, nice after a long day exploring. It was a good space to unwind, especially after long hours on the road.
I did notice some areas that needed attention. The hallways seemed a bit worn and could use some cleaning. The breakfast options were quite basic and didn't have many choices.

Comfortable and good standard hotel, we loved this place.
The room they gave us was silent and well renovated with a single-serve Keurig machine, a bed in the main area and AC working. The location was favourable, not far from Walmart and grocery stores, and various shops and restaurants. It also was in or out of Jasper national park.

The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
We were quite disappointed with the lack of service from the front desk. We checked out at about 9:15 and found no one at the front desk. After waitings several minutes with other quests, we frstrated to discover two of your front desk staff standing outside the front of the hotel enjoying a chat and a cigarette together during what is probably the busiest front desk/breakfast area time. During this time, the front area is very busy with guests trying to get breakfast. There were no staff watching this area as well. Many of the items had run out and I could not find cups/lids. This would not be a big concern, except for the fact that there was no one to ask where to get more. Another guest eventually found some cups/lids in the pantry and put them out for everyone. People assumed that she was on staff and were surprised to learn that she was also a guest. I recommend that one person be available to take care of the breakfast area and another be at the front desk as this a very busy checkout time. One of your questions asks if I would recommend your hotel to other travellers. I answered NO, the true answer is "There is better and there is worse". I am not going to rave about the customer service experience, but the accommodation were fine.
